Sarah Kloser, Services Manager
Sarah Kloser began her Jet Reports career five years ago as a Report Analyst. Her strong analytical skills and great customer service focus led to her promotion to Services Manager in 2007. Sarah leads the services team and is responsible for assuring that customer trainings create a high quality learning experience for all attendees.
In addition to providing custom report development and support, Sarah and her team communicate with marketing and development teams to ensure that current and future software solutions meet the requirements and intentions of shareholders with good performance and reliability characteristics.
Sarah graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University in Business Administration/Management Information Systems. Married in Costa Rica in 2008, Sarah enjoys traveling, hiking, backpacking, camping, wine tasting and college football (go Beavs!).
